The Empress Garden Jacket and skirt set includes 100% cotton softest featherwale baby corduroy reversible jacket, and our Empress Garden print gathered skirt. Skirt has elastic waist and 3 full tiers for fun twirling. Jacket is fully reversible to the Empress Garden print to perfectly match skirt. Corduroy jacket has Empress Garden accents on sleeves and gold ribbon tie closures in front.
