Back Orders:

Out-of-stock items will be back-ordered upon customer request. We will attempt to notify you if any item on your order is no longer in stock or if there is a shortage with your order. We reserve the right to substitute items in the event of an out of stock or discontinuation of an item. Only an item of equal quality and value will be substituted.

Cancellations:

Orders may be canceled at any time prior to them having been shipped. Special order items will incur a 20% cancellation fee if item has already been ordered. Custom made items will incur a 20% cancellation fee is canceled after 48 hours. No cancellation fee will incur on special order or custom made items if cancellation is within 24 hours of receipt of order.

Claims and Returns:

• Absolutely NO returns on printed, washed or decorated merchandise. Garments must be inspected before printing.
• All claims for shortages, damages,etc. must be made within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise.
• All returns must be made within 10 days of customer's of merchandise.
• Absolutely NO CASH REFUNDS.
• All returns subject to a 15% restocking charge in addition to freight charges
• All unclaimed or refused merchandise are subject to a 15% restocking charge, in addition to freight charges.
• Any defective merchandise must be returned to us with a piece of tape indicating the location of the flaw.
• Availability of merchandise is subject to change or discontinued without notice.

What Shipping Carriers Do You Use?

All orders are shipped UPS or USPS.

When will my order ship?

Orders normally will be shipped within 24-48 hours, however some special order items may take 7-10days.

Is there a restocking fee?

There is a 15% restocking fee on any order returned,refused or considered undeliverable.

What if I receive defective merchandise?

All products are First Quality and sold free of defects, IF there is a defect with any item purchased from us, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order and describe the problem so that we can make arrangements to resolve the problem.
